Aroid mix is a high quality potting soil made specifically for houseplants that are epiphytic in nature.  Meaning like attach to surfaces of trees/bark etc and their roots love both moisture AND air.
 
Our aroid mix mimics this environment with our substrate that contains fir bark, pumice, coco coir, long fiber sphagnum moss, diatomite, worm castings and a dash of rock dust.
 
These substrates work in tandem to provide the
oxygen flow,
nutrients,
pest prevention,
water holding capcity
drainage
